The NEA Yes, You Can! Women’s Only Training is designed for runners and/or walkers of ALL LEVELS OF ABILITIES.
Program will peek for the 2025 Indiana Women’s Running Festival, August 30, 2025.
The program’s course schedule is planned in advance. The weekly schedule will be adjusted for your situation, and you will connect in person with faculty (coach), Best Team Ever (staff), other students (class members) and our Perfect Fit Partners (sponsors) to help you stay on track (roads).
No matter your situation, we have flexible options to help you graduate, receive your diploma, “Coach Hathaway’s Miracle Marble” on September 12, 2025 at the NEA Savor Your Accomplishment Dinner.
This program is designed for the runners and/or walkers to complete your first half-marathon. Our goal race is the 2025 Women’s Running Festival (August 30, 2025). Suggested mileage 0-12 per week
This program is designed for runners and/or walkers who have participated in one or more half marathons and want to improve their experience. Suggested mileage 13+
This program is for those who want to become more competitive, improve their overall time and age division ranking. Suggested mileage 13+
This program is for those who want to compete for age division awards and/or improve their goal times.
NEA women who have a goal of finishing in the top 500 of the overall female results.
